I am deeply dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care for individuals facing addiction, mental health challenges, and medical concerns—understanding that these aspects of health are closely interconnected. My approach combines clinical expertise with compassion, offering both medication management and motivational support to help you move forward with confidence.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR FIRST SESSION

Your comfort, safety, and trust are my top priorities from the very beginning.

During our first session, we’ll review the necessary paperwork and complete any initial assessments required to begin your care. While this may involve some administrative details, my goal is to make the experience as welcoming, relaxed, and supportive as possible. I want you to feel comfortable not only with the process but with me as your provider.

By the end of our initial meeting, my hope is that you’ll feel encouraged, empowered, and optimistic about the work we’ll do together. I take a whole-person approach to care—treating more than just symptoms—and I strive to create an environment where every individual feels safe, valued, and heard.

I am genuinely passionate about helping people recognize their own strength and potential. I believe there’s nothing you can’t achieve with the right support and guidance.

I also prioritize being accessible and responsive. I’m committed to providing a high level of personalized care, ensuring that each client feels as though they are my only client.

Compassionate, Evidence-Based, and Personalized Care

Supportive Therapy
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are seen, heard, and respected. My approach is centered on treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - with compassion and understanding. You can feel confident knowing you’re in caring, capable hands.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help clients recognize and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. Combined with motivational interviewing, this approach is highly effective in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health concerns.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
My practice incorporates mindfulness-based techniques to help clients stay grounded and present. Through guided meditation, relaxation exercises, and mindful awareness, I support clients in developing tools to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall well-being.
Trauma-Informed Care
I recognize that past experiences - especially those involving trauma - can significantly impact mental health and daily life. With a trauma-informed lens, I ensure that your care is rooted in empathy, safety, and an understanding of how your life experiences shape your present journey.
